– Kaiser Wilhelm II, July 31, 1914                                                                                                                                         October 1914: Responding to require, the Commission for Relief in Belgium (CRB) is made by Herbert Hoover, who is at the time a mining specialist and expert living in London. The CRB circulates a large number of huge loads of food to regular folks in Belgium and northern France. 

Hoover proceeds to be selected overseer of the U.S. Food Administration in 1917 by President Wilson.                                          The sound of Christmas hymns across No Man's Land empowers troops from the two sides to trade good tidings. The détente is unconstrained and was capable by hundreds, maybe thousands, of warriors.                                                                                                                                                                             February 1, 1915 

TURKISH ARMY DISARMS ITS ARMENIAN TROOPS
